Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pathways Resident Mentorship Program participant.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a customized program to enhance residency training and prepare for a full-time role
• Engage in primary care within a team-based practice environment, committing a few hours per month
• Develop skills to transition successfully from residency to private practice while maintaining focus on education

Required Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Must be transitioning into their 3rd year of residency or completing a fellowship
• Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in Colorado
