Colorado Licensed RN Educator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Educator, Clinical Documentation Integrity who must reside in Colorado.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate improvement in the quality and accuracy of medical record documentation through education and training
• Develop and deliver a formalized CDI orientation process and ongoing educational strategies
• Perform audits and reviews for compliance, and educate providers on documentation accuracy and compliance regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field (or Associates Degree with equivalent experience)
• 7-9 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in an acute care setting
• 1-3 years of experience in Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI), clinical coding, or related fields
• 1-3 years of education or supervisory experience preferred
• Current RN license required
