Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse Manager for Revenue Integrity Audit Recovery and Appeals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage government and commercial payer audit and recovery programs, implementing solutions based on feedback
• Proactively identify adverse audit outcomes and develop plans to address revenue leakage
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and multi-disciplinary team workflows to ensure quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active RN License in the state of practice
• Ten years of revenue cycle experience in a hospital setting
• Two years in a professional level leadership role in a hospital setting
• Demonstrated experience in Medical Billing, Computer Coding, and Revenue Cycle
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing
