Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Poison Information Specialist - CSPI (Certified).

Key Responsibilities

• Manages hotline calls, providing emergency information and treatment recommendations
• Handles complex exposure cases and provides consultation to Poison Information Providers (PIP)
• Documents calls accurately in the poison center database and meets essential metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, or Critical Care required
• Preferred experience in Poison Center or Contact Center with drug information and/or telephonic triage
• Must possess RN-Registered Nurse license
• CSPI certification required; training is not provided
