Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Specialist, Clinical Documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform concurrent and retrospective reviews of patient records for accuracy and compliance
• Track audits and provide meaningful data to stakeholders
• Educate providers on documentation accuracy and compliance regulations

Required Qualifications and Education

• Associate's Degree required
• 4-6 years of nursing experience in a hospital environment required
• 3 of the 6 years must include experience in medical documentation-related functions
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Knowledge of clinical documentation and coding concepts, including CMS rules and regulations
