Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Access - Central Scheduler.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and pre-register patients for various appointments and procedures
• Handle high call volumes and manage multiple phone interactions
• Input patient data accurately and validate insurance information

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 4 years of revenue cycle experience
• Minimum of 2 years of revenue cycle or contact center experience
• Must pass the ALTA Language Services Qualified Bilingual Staff Assessment (QBS)
