Job Summary

As a Colorado Licensed Scheduler, the full-time remote Pre-Registrar Scheduler will manage patient scheduling for outpatient tests, complete pre-registration, and ensure valid provider orders are obtained.

Key responsibilities

• Receive phone calls and fax requests to schedule patients for outpatient tests
• Complete pre-registration of scheduled patients
• Ensure valid provider orders are obtained for scheduled appointments

Required qualifications

• Two years of previous Patient Scheduling or Patient Access experience preferred
• Office experience in a healthcare environment with knowledge of medical terminology, CPT, and ICD-10 codes preferred
• Ability to multitask effectively
• High School Diploma or GED required
