Colorado Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to join their legal team in Denver, CO.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling case themes and independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
• Communicate routinely with clients and cultivate relationships with existing and future clients
• Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys while working collaboratively with the team

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA approved school
• Active bar license in the State of Colorado
• 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
• Proven experience managing full case handling responsibilities, including discovery and trial preparation
• Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
