Job Summary
Seeking a Colorado Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time position will independently manage high-stakes litigation cases, develop compelling case themes, and provide leadership to junior attorneys while working in a flexible, hybrid, or remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff narratives
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved law school
- Active bar license in Colorado
- 8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
- Proven ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
- Experience with time management systems and proficiency in MS Suite
