Job Summary
Seeking a Colorado Licensed Senior Counsel, the full-time attorney will independently manage high-stakes insurance defense litigation, develop compelling case strategies, and provide leadership to junior attorneys while enjoying the resources of a national firm in a dynamic Denver office.
Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop case themes that effectively counter plaintiff strategies
- Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved school
- Active Colorado Bar license
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience in insurance defense
- Strong trial experience with full case handling responsibilities
- Proficiency in MS Suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
