Key responsibilities
- Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
- Develop compelling case themes and cultivate relationships with clients
- Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
- JD from an ABA-approved school
- Active Colorado Bar license
- 8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense
- Strong trial experience with the ability to manage full case handling responsibilities
- Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
