Key Responsibilities

• Advise customers on refinancing and additional protection products using a consultative sales approach
• Manage a large pipeline of prospective customers and ensure high conversion rates
• Process finance deals accurately while adhering to compliance guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto loan refinancing
• Proven ability to handle a high volume pipeline
• Experience in customer service with a focus on building rapport
• Ability to learn and utilize various software platforms effectively
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
