Job Summary

To support a dynamic online educational environment, the full-time Colorado Licensed Special Education Teacher will deliver specialized instruction in Math or Language Arts/Study Skills, co-teach in general education settings, and provide targeted lab instruction, all while fostering student growth and independence in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Co-teach in general education classrooms, collaborating with mentors to implement accommodations and facilitate differentiated instruction
• Provide specialized lab instruction in Reading, Writing, Math, and Study Skills, designing lessons based on student needs and progress data
• Monitor student progress and use data to inform instructional decisions, ensuring alignment with general education curriculum and specialized learning needs

Required qualifications

• Special Education Teaching License in the state of Colorado
• Experience supporting diverse learners in academic settings
• Ability to differentiate instruction across multiple subject areas
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Familiarity with progress monitoring and intervention strategies
