Job Summary
Providing virtual speech therapy to K-12 students, the full-time Colorado Licensed Speech Pathologist will manage a caseload using web conferencing tools and the company's Education Management System while ensuring compliance with school and state policies.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality speech language services and implement individual and group therapy in a virtual setting
- Conduct screenings and evaluations of students' communication needs, maintaining thorough documentation of interventions and progress
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to ensure IEP goals are met and manage special education casework for select students
Required qualifications
- MA or MS in Speech Language Pathology and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
- Active/valid state and/or Department of Education Licensure in Speech Pathology required in state of residence
- At least 2 years of experience in a K-12 school setting
- Strong technology skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
