Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staffing Coordinator responsible for managing scheduling and communication within a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day scheduling and assignments of the clinical team based on physician orders and regulatory standards
• Communicate client needs effectively to the healthcare team and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Report grievances and maintain confidentiality of protected health information

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year of related healthcare experience
• Associates degree in a related area preferred
• Current Colorado LPN license preferred
• At least three (3) years of home health operations experience preferred
