Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Tax Professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients and support do-it-yourself online tax clients through virtual tools
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Communicate and coordinate regularly with leaders and peers about remote work impact on results

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; must complete continuing education requirements
• Experience completing individual tax returns and working in a fast-paced environment
• Access to high-speed, reliable internet
• Experience and proficiency in technology, specifically MS Teams and Outlook
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week during peak tax season
