Job Summary

Providing remote tax services, the part-time Colorado Licensed Tax Advisor will conduct tax interviews, support clients through virtual tools, and focus on generating business growth and client retention.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients and assist do-it-yourself online tax clients using virtual tools
• Generate business growth and increase client retention by offering additional products and services
• Communicate and coordinate with team members to enhance remote work results and grow tax expertise

Required qualifications

• Experience completing individual tax returns
• Access to high-speed, reliable internet
• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or equivalent
• High school diploma or equivalent or higher
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week during peak tax season
