Colorado Licensed Tax Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Tax Director, Direct Tax.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual ASC 740 income tax provision processes, including preparation and review of tax footnotes
• Manage deferred taxes and ensure compliance with U.S. and international income tax regulations
• Collaborate with global finance teams to prepare and file income tax returns and maintain transfer pricing documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's in Tax or JD/LLM preferred
• CPA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in U.S. federal, state, and international income tax
• Strong expertise in ASC 740 and tax compliance for multinational companies
• Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in eCommerce or digital retail
