Job Summary

To provide specialized therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults, a Colorado Licensed Telehealth Therapist will work remotely, offering flexible scheduling options in either a full-time or part-time capacity while focusing on client care and managing a caseload.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities to support autistic and neurodivergent clients
• Manage a caseload of clients while collaborating with a supportive clinical community
• Utilize technology and virtual care platforms to facilitate effective remote therapy

Required qualifications:

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
