Job Summary

Seeking a Colorado Licensed Telehealth Therapist, the full-time remote position will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to support patients overcoming addiction and mental health challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans with patients
• Document and update clinical records while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, promoting open communication and support

Required qualifications

• 2 years of clinical experience serving Veteran, SUD, and/or MH populations
• LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, or LPCC license in the state of Colorado
• Master's degree in social work or a related human services major
