Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time) with a Colorado License.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide telephonic and telehealth care, coordinating with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
  • Deliver quality care and manage both medical and behavioral conditions, ensuring proper documentation and compliance

Required Qualifications:
  • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Colorado and the state of residence

  • Current DEA licensure or ability to obtain it post-hire
  • Proficient in using electronic medical records for documentation
