Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Examiner to review and process title transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review title commitments and reports for requirements, exceptions, and defects
• Prepare documents to cure title defects and facilitate the issuance of title policies
• Collaborate with underwriters to resolve complex title issues and manage title information

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in title, preferably with national title experience
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, and escrow/title software
• Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks autonomously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to reprioritize quickly
