Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Examiner (CO).

Key Responsibilities

• Examine title orders to determine conditions of title and insurability
• Research title plant software and analyze relevant documents for ownership and legal descriptions
• Prepare accurate title commitments and assess risks and liabilities in accordance with policy provisions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experienced title examination background in the state of Colorado
• Minimum of four years of industry experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; specialized training in software is desirable
• Familiarity with title-related software and underwriting policies
• Understanding of metes and bounds and adverse matters related to property
