Job Summary

A company is looking for a Title Examiner (CO).

Key Responsibilities

• Examine title orders to determine conditions of title and insurability
• Research title plant software and analyze record documents for ownership and legal descriptions
• Prepare accurate title commitments and maintain productivity standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent; specialized training in software is desirable
• Minimum of four years of industry experience
• Experience in title examination within the state of CO
• Familiarity with TitlePoint, SKLDoc's, DataTrace, and county website searching
• Understanding of metes and bounds and relevant adverse matters
