Job Summary

To support real estate transactions, the full-time Colorado Licensed Title Examiner will independently analyze complex title issues, examine public records, and prepare title commitments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Compiles and examines public and tax records to assess the legal condition and insurability of commercial or industrial property titles
• Prepares accurate title commitments in accordance with company procedures and underwriting guidelines
• Communicates moderately complex information and manages workload under general supervision

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
• Experience with Colorado state title examination processes
• Ability to analyze complex title issues and identify potential risks
• Familiarity with title insurance and underwriting guidelines
