Job Summary
To support real estate transactions, the full-time Colorado Licensed Title Examiner will independently analyze complex title issues, examine public records, and prepare title commitments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Compiles and examines public and tax records to assess the legal condition and insurability of commercial or industrial property titles
- Prepares accurate title commitments in accordance with company procedures and underwriting guidelines
- Communicates moderately complex information and manages workload under general supervision
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- Experience with Colorado state title examination processes
- Ability to analyze complex title issues and identify potential risks
- Familiarity with title insurance and underwriting guidelines
