Job Summary

Providing leadership and management for the trauma system registry, the full-time salaried Colorado Licensed Trauma Registry Manager will ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards while supporting a remote team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the trauma system registry and ensure adherence to Colorado/Kansas Department of Public Health and Environment and American College of Surgeons requirements
• Lead and manage a team, fostering a supportive environment to achieve key performance metrics
• Utilize data management and quality improvement strategies to enhance registry operations

Required qualifications

• Certified Specialist in Trauma Registries required
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field required; equivalent experience may be considered
• Master's degree in Nursing or a related graduate field of study preferred
• Five years of leadership experience required
• Five years of trauma registrar or coding experience required
