Job Summary

Providing leadership and management for the trauma system registry, the full-time Colorado Licensed Trauma Registry Manager will ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards while supporting a remote team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the trauma system registry to meet Colorado/Kansas Department of Public Health and Environment and American College of Surgeons requirements
• Lead a team to achieve key performance metrics and maintain high standards of data management
• Oversee quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• Certified Specialist in Trauma Registries required
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field required; equivalent experience will be considered
• Master's degree in Nursing or a related graduate field preferred
• Five years of previous leadership experience required
• Five years of trauma registrar/coding experience required
