To support a boutique trial practice specializing in medical litigation defense, the full-time Colorado Licensed Trial Attorney will meet with clients and experts to evaluate cases, develop legal strategies, and represent clients throughout all phases of litigation in a hybrid remote environment based in Colorado Springs, CO.
Key responsibilities
- Meet with clients and experts to evaluate cases and develop legal strategies
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal analyses, including drafting pleadings and motions
- Represent clients through all phases of litigation, including jury trials and depositions
Required qualifications
- Active Colorado license to practice law
