Job Summary
To deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages, the Colorado Licensed Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner will work full-time, part-time, or on a modified schedule, managing a wide range of medical conditions while collaborating with provider and support teams.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct age-appropriate virtual exams and evaluate, diagnose, and treat various conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop timely treatment plans
- Counsel and educate patients and families on treatment plans while maintaining knowledge of clinical best practices
Required qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Master's or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner program
- Active Nurse Practitioner license with maintained Registered Nurse licensure
- Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings
- Active multi-state licensure (5+ licenses preferred)
