Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Verify and complete insurance eligibility and secure prior authorization
Manage authorization-related denials and follow up on appeals as necessary
Contact patients/providers regarding unsecured authorizations prior to scheduled services

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/Equivalent or 4 years of revenue cycle experience
Minimum of 2 years of insurance authorization experience
Knowledge of revenue cycle processes
Technical proficiency with relevant technology
Familiarity with medical terminology and coding
