Job Summary

Strategically leading technology initiatives, the full-time remote Colorado Program Manager will manage the lifecycle of office technology deployments, oversee IT budgets, and develop multi-year technology roadmaps while ensuring compliance with operational policies.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the complete technical process for opening or relocating offices, including site assessments and project scheduling
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of critical site equipment and manage network connectivity
• Author technology roadmaps and monitor compliance with federal, state, and regional regulations

Required qualifications

• Nine years of relevant experience in managing technical lifecycles of office infrastructure and hardware
• Experience in strategic oversight for technology roadmaps, budgets, and operational policies
• Education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields may substitute for experience
• Proven ability to foster stakeholder partnerships and lead modernization initiatives
• Knowledge of compliance with digital accessibility and security standards
