Colorado Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Coordinating provider enrollments, the full-time Colorado Provider Enrollment Specialist will manage Medicare, Medicaid, and Dental Plans enrollments while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitates enrollment of professional providers with various payers for reimbursement through Medicare and Medicaid
• Reviews and verifies provider credentialing data for accuracy based on licensing and payer requirements
• Maintains enrollment systems and proactively updates provider credentialing data to ensure compliance

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• PESC Certification required
• 4-6 years of experience in credentialing and enrollments with Payors, Medicare, Medicaid, and Dental Payors
• Knowledge of federal and Colorado statutes and regulations related to credentialing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
