Job Summary

A company is looking for a Records & Information Management Administrator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of the Occupational Licensing and Case Management (OLCM) system through consultation and training
  • Develop resources and task instructions for end-users to follow established records and information management procedures
  • Audit and inventory records, ensuring compliance with retention, security, and storage requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Six (6) years of relevant experience in records management or related fields
  • Experience in digital organization and managing filing systems or shared drives
  • Knowledge of Records and Information Management (RIM) principles and retention schedules
  • Experience with Electronic Content Management (ECM) systems, preferably Hyland OnBase
  • Familiarity with data privacy and compliance, particularly handling sensitive information
