Job Summary
A company is looking for a Records & Information Management Administrator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the Occupational Licensing and Case Management (OLCM) system through consultation and training
- Develop resources and task instructions for end-users to follow established records and information management procedures
- Audit and inventory records, ensuring compliance with retention, security, and storage requirements
Required Qualifications
- Six (6) years of relevant experience in records management or related fields
- Experience in digital organization and managing filing systems or shared drives
- Knowledge of Records and Information Management (RIM) principles and retention schedules
- Experience with Electronic Content Management (ECM) systems, preferably Hyland OnBase
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance, particularly handling sensitive information
