Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Support Specialist II to provide remote IT support in a Mac-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for macOS and related applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues
  • Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions
  • Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge base resources to enhance self-service support
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in remote IT support, preferably in a Mac-centric environment
  • Proficient experience supporting Apple hardware and macOS troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience with Apple MDM solutions, preferably Jamf
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals and endpoint security practices
