Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Completes telephonic outreach to members and assists with scheduling provider appointments
  • Educates members on gaps in care and links them to community resources
  • Maintains confidentiality of health information and meets performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of call center or telephonic customer service experience
  • 1 year of professional experience in an office setting using telephone and computer
  • 1 year of experience in healthcare, insurance, or social work/community outreach
  • Ability to work full-time and attend a 3-week training period without time off
