Job Summary

A company is looking for a Combat Identification Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and analytical support to the BCID Capability Team (CaT) for documentation and decision-making
  • Support the development of Combat Identification concepts and capabilities, including Radio-Based Combat Identification (RBCI) and Digitally Aided Close Air Support (DaCAS)
  • Lead the development of system requirements and maintain technical interoperability matrices, ensuring alignment with operational needs


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • University degree (Bachelor's or higher) in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in military communications systems, Combat Identification (CID), or related fields
  • Experience in multinational defence environments, preferably with NATO or NATO Nations
  • Proven capability to analyze operational and technical problems and prepare high-quality technical documentation
  • Personnel Security Clearance (PSC) NATO Secret required
