Combat QA Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Analyst (4X Combat) to validate core systems related to combat features.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual and exploratory testing for combat systems, ensuring correct implementation of buffs and interactions
• Conduct regression and integration testing to maintain consistency across combat features and document issues in JIRA
• Test and validate combat engine systems, PvP scenarios, and AI behavior in PvE encounters

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of QA experience in systems-heavy or combat-focused game development
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex systems
• Experience creating structured test plans and coverage documentation
• Familiarity with Unity and backend validation tools
• Understanding of buff/debuff systems and combat mechanics
