Key Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for complex cloud infrastructure and network systems
• Analyze data from monitoring tools to identify patterns and take appropriate actions
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance issue detection and resolution processes

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-availability production environment
• 2+ years managing AWS technologies and services
• 2+ years in an enterprise-level NOC or Command Center environment
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Powershell)
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking technologies and troubleshooting techniques
