Job Summary

Supporting the Global Command Center, the full-time Manager, Command Center Operations will manage deployment communications, coordinate incident resolutions, and ensure operational continuity during cutover events in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate and monitor deployment activities and incident resolutions during cutover periods
  • Manage real-time communications and escalate property issues to ensure timely incident resolution
  • Generate reports on incident status and compliance, facilitating meetings to address incidents beyond acceptable thresholds
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred in business, hospitality management, or related field
  • Prior hotel or market experience is mandatory
  • Demonstrated expertise in rooms operations, food & beverage, revenue management, or related disciplines
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and project management tools is recommended
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a 24/7 support environment
