Job Summary

A company is looking for a Command Center Specialist RLD.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor production, quality, and timeliness of Residential Mortgage Loans
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies and implement actionable solutions
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators and process maps

Required Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, process ownership, or product ownership
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
• Working knowledge of mortgage lending operations
