Job Summary
A company is looking for a Command Center Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the performance of safety systems, performing routine maintenance and addressing potential issues
- Provide Tier 3 technical support to customers, collaborating with internal teams to resolve incidents effectively
- Manage system incidents, documenting them and implementing preventive measures for future occurrences
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience in technical operations, incident management, or technical support roles in the software or technology industry
- Knowledge of Zigbee and LoRaWAN wireless protocols, Linux-based commands, and network protocols
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze issues and implement solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation
