Job Summary

A company is looking for a Command Center Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of safety systems, performing routine maintenance and addressing potential issues
  • Provide Tier 3 technical support to customers, collaborating with internal teams to resolve incidents effectively
  • Manage system incidents, documenting them and implementing preventive measures for future occurrences
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience in technical operations, incident management, or technical support roles in the software or technology industry
  • Knowledge of Zigbee and LoRaWAN wireless protocols, Linux-based commands, and network protocols
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze issues and implement solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation
