Job Summary

A company is looking for a Command Center Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of safety systems, performing routine maintenance and addressing potential issues
  • Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for customers, collaborating with internal teams to resolve incidents
  • Manage and document system incidents, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining comprehensive incident logs for analysis
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience in technical operations, incident management, or technical support roles, preferably in the software or technology industry
  • Knowledge of Zigbee and LoRaWAN wireless protocols, and Linux-based commands
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues, with a solid understanding of network protocols
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently
