Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to support its Legal & Compliance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the Legal & Compliance command media architecture and document library
• Manage and process change requests related to command media updates
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies to enhance processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience
• Experience managing command media, process documentation, or policy frameworks
• Background using Lean, Six Sigma, CORE, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
• Proven ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership on high-impact matters
