Commerce Cloud POS Architect

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Commerce Cloud POS Architect, the successful candidate will engage with Signature Success Plan customers, providing strategic consultation and expertise in technical architecture and solution design specific to Salesforce POS while building strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide high-velocity advisory services and strategic recommendations for implementing Salesforce POS solutions
• Serve as a trusted Subject Matter Expert, offering architecture, solution strategy, and product expertise to the Cloud Success organization
• Identify capability gaps and recommend product enhancements or custom solutions to maximize customer success and adoption

Required qualifications

• 8 years of proven experience in enterprise consulting with a focus on implementing POS solutions
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce POS/PredictSpring
• Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices
• Experience with system architecture design and integration patterns
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating remotely
