Commercial Account Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Account Associate with remote and hybrid options in the Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in directing day-to-day activities and work flow assigned to Team Support/Receptionist and Account Assistant
• Process various tasks accurately and within required timeframes, such as policy endorsements, check requests, and certificates of insurance
• Provide support in the New Business or Renewal Business Workflow, including data entry and maintaining agency management systems

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of industry experience or 5+ years of related experience in customer service
• Good understanding of insurance brokerage
• All required active licensing
• Excellent administrative, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
