Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across health plans and government entities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close based on client needs and market insights

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably within health plan, payer, or public sector markets
  • Proven track record of exceeding new business targets in complex, consultative environments
  • In-depth understanding of payer and government procurement processes
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications a plus
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing pipeline, forecasts, and deal structures
