Job Summary

To grow the Employer business, the full-time remote Commercial Account Executive will identify and close new employer opportunities, lead strategic outreach, and transition accounts for long-term success while collaborating across teams to deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth by identifying and closing high-value opportunities
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends
  • Establish and maintain relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders to position the organization as a trusted advisor
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in employer or health-related industries
  • Proven track record of achieving new logo sales targets in complex, consultative environments
  • Deep understanding of employer procurement processes and budget cycles
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with experience navigating long sales cycles
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus
