Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Account Executive - Employer & PPS.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth in the public sector by identifying and closing high-value opportunities
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and market dynamics
- Develop and execute targeted go-to-market strategies for public sector prospects and maintain C-level relationships
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in public sector or health-related industries
- Proven track record of achieving new logo sales targets in complex environments
- Deep understanding of public sector procurement processes and regulatory environments
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
- Strong business acumen with experience in managing forecasts and pipeline development
