Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a pipeline of 60-100+ active deals, conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations tailored to church needs
  • Build relationships with church leaders, addressing their operational challenges and connecting platform value to their specific needs
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, prioritize pipeline strategically, and participate in coaching and team training for continuous improvement


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS or software sales experience with a proven track record
  • High-activity, process-driven approach to managing a high-volume pipeline
  • Experience with sales technology, including Salesforce and SalesLoft
  • Growth mindset, receptive to feedback and coaching
  • Experience in faith-based organizations or structured sales methodologies is preferred but not required
