Job Summary
Managing an average of 15-20 accounts, the full-time Commercial Development Account Executive will drive digital transformation for clients by fostering strategic partnerships, conducting account management, and leveraging industry knowledge to address customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct strategic account planning, including industry research and client forecasts
- Develop strong relationships with executive and C-level clients to enhance customer satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce to manage accounts and maintain accurate sales forecasts
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a business-to-business sales environment, preferably in technology
- Strong understanding of financial data, sales funnels, and solution selling
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Office 365 applications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building
